JUDGEMENT

(1.) Instant misc. petition has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 276/2019 registered at Police Station Pratapnagar, District Jodhpur City West for offence under Sections 406, 420, 424 and 120-B IPC qua the petitioner.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the FIR has been filed by the complainant only with a view to harass the petitioner, as the petitioner submits that it is a civil nature dispute. In such circumstances, no offence whatsoever is made out against the petitioner. Therefore, it is prayed that the FIR No. 276/2019 may be quashed.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner.
