JUDGEMENT

(1.) Instant misc. application has been filed by the petitioner for seeking correction in the order dated 27.06.2019, passed by this Court in SB Civil Writ Petition No.9114/2019.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently in the cause title mentioned in the order dated 27.06.2019 passed in SBCWP No.9114/2019, the names of respondent Nos.2 and 3 have wrongly been mentioned as Director, Secondary Education, Bikaner and District Education Officer, Secondary Education, Department of Education, Pali respectively whereas the correct names of respondent Nos.2 and 3 are Director, Elementary Education, Bikaner and District Education Officer, Elementary Education, Pali respectively. Therefore, it is prayed that necessary correction may be made in the order dated 27.06.2019.

(3.) In view of submissions made and for reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. It is ordered that in the cause title mentioned in the order dated 27.06.2019 passed in SBCWP No.9114/2019, the names of respondent Nos.2 and 3 be read as Director, Elementary Education, Bikaner and District Education Officer, Elementary Education, Pali respectively in place Director, Secondary Education, Bikaner and District Education Officer, Secondary Education, Department of Education, Pali respectively. To that extent, the order dated 27.06.2019 passed in SBCWP No.9114/2019 stands corrected. Amended cause title filed with the misc. application is also taken on record.
