JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-

This Court had issued notices to the respondents on 11.09.2019, in response whereof, a reply has been filed by the respondents on 06.11.2019, indicating therein that the petitioner was not given appointment on the post of Constable Band Non TSP, Udaipur District because he did not have requisite minimum marks in the proficiency test.

(3.) During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner placed for perusal of the Court a communication dated 13.08.2019, said to have been issued by the respondents to the petitioner under Right to Information Act.
