JUDGEMENT

(1.) This anticipatory bail application has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with FIR No. 72/2019, Police Station Chitava, Distt. Nagaur for the offences under Section 386 of IPC.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and no useful purpose would be served by sending the petitioner behind the bars for indefinite time. Thus, the petitioner may be released on anticipatory bail.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.
