JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed this anticipatory bail application under Section 438 Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 282/2019 was registered at Police Station Christianganj, Ajmer for offence under Sections 384, 452, 427, 500, 504, 120-B of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that daughter of petitioner No. 1 is married to son of complainant. She was doubting the character of her husband and called the petitioners. The incident as narrated in the FIR took place on 28.04.2019. FIR has been lodged on 16.06.2019 after an inordinate delay. It is also contended that the entire allegation in the FIR is against daughter of petitioner No. 1. No purpose would be served in arresting the petitioners.
