JUDGEMENT

(1.) A copy of the writ petition has been served on Mr. Manish Vyas, AAG, who puts in appearance on behalf of the respondents.

(2.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners inter alia with the submissions that pursuant to the advertisement meant for the post of Teacher Gr. III (Level-I) applied for Non-TSP Area.

(3.) Pursuant to the selection, the petitioners have been appointed in the area, which in the meanwhile has been declared as TSP area vide notification dtd. 19/5/2018.
