JUDGEMENT

(1.) The issue in this petition is with regard to the petitioner not being issued the mark sheet of B.P.Ed. pertaining to its 2 nd, 3rd and 4th semester for which he was duly admitted to the University of Kota (hereinafter 'Kota University').

(2.) On the matter coming up before this court on 31.7.2019 albeit the State of Rajasthan is not a party to the petition, yet the fact being that the Sunrise University, Alwar operates within its jurisdiction, Dr.V.B. Sharma, Additional Advocate General was required to be furnished a copy of the petition. He was directed to ensure that the report on the verification of the petitioner's mark sheets of his graduation from Sunrise University was obtained at the earliest in view of the fact that the non-release of the petitioner's B.P.Ed. result by the Kota University was obstructing his admission to M.P.Ed. with the University of Rajasthan wherein following the admission process, he claims to be successful and entitled to admission.

(3.) Let the mark sheet for semester of 2 nd, 3rd and 4th of B.P.Ed. be issued today itself to the petitioner by Kota University as stated by Ms.Anita Agarwal.
