JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners for non-compliance of order dt.26.09.2018.

(2.) This Court on 26.09.2018 had stayed the effect and operation of order dt.18.09.2018, whereby the petitioners were relieved to join at different places. This Court further permitted the petitioners to continue to work and draw their salary.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioners submitted that though the petitioners have been allowed to join and they are paid their salary, however, and other benefits are not given to the petitioners like P.L., Selection Scale, D.A., Medical & Dress Allowance, Adhoc Bonus, Reimbursement of Medical Bill, Medical Leave, Annual Increments, encashment of Earned Leave, etc.
