JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard on the application for recall of the order dated 11.9.2018 in SBCCP No. 1630/2017.

(2.) Mr. Vivek Dangi, counsel for the applicant relied upon the judgment of this court in SBCWP No. 8228/2013 Management Committee of Shri Swetamber Jain Secondary School Versus Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Tribunal decided on 8.2.2017 to submit that interest on the component of the State's share of salary payable to the employee in terms of grant-in-aid has to be paid by the State Government and not by the applicant-Management Committee. He submitted that yet in the instant case contrary view has been taken. Hence the order dated 11.9.2018 be recalled.
