MADAN LAL AND ANOTHER Vs. STATE

JUDGEMENT

(1.) The accused appellants Madan Lal, Shiv Lal, Samundar Lal and Mahendra have been convicted and sentenced as below vide the judgment dtd. 31/3/2015 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge No.1, Bhilwara in Sessions Case No.20/2012:

(2.) They have preferred these three separate appeals under Sec. 374(2) Cr.P.C. for assailing their conviction.

(3.) Since all the three appeals are directed against a common judgment, the same are being heard and decided together.
