JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioners have filed this bail applications under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No. 402/2019 was registered at Police Station Lalsot, District Dausa, for offences under Sections 392 and 120-B of IPC, 1860.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been made accused on the basis of interrogation. It is also contended that no recovery has been effected from the petitioners and petitioners were not involved in snatching of money from the complainant.
