JUDGEMENT

(1.) Matter comes upon an application under Order 22 Rule 3 CPC laid on behalf of legal representative of appellant No.2 Smt. Mamkauri, who is said to have died, to substitute him as legal representative.

(2.) It is inter-alia averred by applicant that he is the surviving son of late Smt. Mamkauri, therefore, he may be substituted as legal representative in her place in the instant appeal.

(3.) The respondents have not objected to it.
