JUDGEMENT

(1.) Defect pointed out by the Registry is waived.

(2.) Petitioner has preferred this misc. petition for seeking quashing of F.I.R. No. 244/2019 registered at Police Station Chirawa District Jhunjhunu for offence under Sections 323, 366, 363, 376-D, 498-A of I.P.C. and Section 3/4 of POCSO Act and under Section 66-E of I.T. (Amendment) Act, 2008.

(3.) It is contended by Counsel for the petitioner that parties have amicably settled their dispute. Complainant is married to Petitioner No. 1 and the marriage is registered. There is an issue from the marriage. Continuation of proceedings would result in grave injustice to the parties who are leading a happily married life.
