JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have filed the present writ petition challenging the appointment on the post of Assistant Nazim issued in favour of the respondent No.4 by the Dargah Committee of the Dargah Khwaja Sahab, Ajmer.

(2.) The petitioners have pleaded in the petition that an advertisement was issued in the employment news on 17-23.08.2013 whereby the applications were invited from the candidates by laying down essential qualifications and experience for the post of Assistant Nazim. The petitioners have pleaded that one of the conditions was in respect of age of the candidate and he was to be between 40 years and 55 years.

(3.) Learned counsel has submitted that the Dargah Khwaja Sahab Act, 1955 has been enacted by the Central Government and accordingly, the necessary compliance of the said Act is required to be made for appointment of various persons to manage the Dargah Khwaja Saheb, Ajmer.
