JUDGEMENT

(1.) An application has been filed for taking amended cause-title on record.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application (Inward No.1/2019), the application is allowed. Amended cause-title is taken record.

(3.) The present misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 16.01.2019 passed by the learned Special Judge, POCSO Act Cases, Jodhpur Metropolitan in Sessions Case No.137/2018 arising out of C.R. No.64/2016, P.S. Sadar Kotwali, Jodhpur, whereby the learned Special Judge issued the arrest warrant against the petitioner.
