RAMJAN Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.

(2.) The petitioner has been arrested in FIR No.179/2019 of Police Station Soorsagar, District Jodhpur for the offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(N) and 384 IPC and Sections 66 and 67-A of IT Act. He has preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(3.) Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the allegation against the petitioner of sexual assaulting upon the prosecutrix is false. It is submitted that the petitioner did not make viral the video of the prosecutrix and it is co-accused Mohd. Ashif, who done the same. It is also submitted that the charge-sheet has been filed and the trial of the case will take time.
