(1.) Learned State Counsel has submitted that respondent Nos. 2, 5, 6, 8 to 11, 14, 15, 17 to 19 have died.
(2.) Petitioner has filed this petition challenging the order dated 25.8.1986 passed by the Trial Court, whereby, private respondents were acquitted of the charges framed against them. We have heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned State Counsel and have gone through the record available on the file carefully.
(3.) Prosecution story, in brief, was that deceased Janki Bai had got married to Nathu Lal about 4/5 years prior to the incident. Janki Bai used to be given beatings by her husband. On the day of incident, complainant was informed at about 4.00-5.00 a.m. that his daughter was having pain in her stomach and he was called to her matrimonial home. Complainant alongwith his other relatives reached the matrimonial home of his daughter. On the way, complainant came to know that his daughter Janki Bai had died. They immediately returned to the village and informed the police and lodged the F.I.R. When police reached the spot, they came to know that the dead body had already been cremated.
