JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioner has preferred this writ petition claiming the following reliefs:

The petitioner was employed as temporary workcharge Lower Division Clerk on daily wages basis with the Mines and Geology Department of Government of Rajasthan and was posted at Bharatpur since 02.02.1987. The petitioner was made semi- permanent Lower Division Clerk w.e.f. 24.05.1990 and was given fixed regular pay scale for the post of LDC which was Rs.880-15- 1000-1200-25-14-30-1640-40-1680 vide order dated 24.05.1990. The petitioner was placed under suspension vide order dated 23.11.1990 and then served with the charge sheet on 11.10.1996. The petitioner was thereafter dismissed vide order dated 18.03.1997.

(3.) Learned Counsel for petitioner Shri Suresh Kashyap submits that charge sheet was full of baseless and false allegations and the petitioner has been dismissed without considering reply to the charge sheet.
