JUDGEMENT

(1.) CMA No. 2556/19 and CMA No. 2558/2019 have been filed by the Insurance Company against the award whereas the claimants have preferred cross appeals for enhancement of the award money by filing CMA No. 2553/19 and 2559/19.

(2.) Office is directed to club the appeals.

(3.) Notice qua the driver and owner i.e. Hanman Singh and Bhagwan Singh be issued, returnable after six weeks time.
