JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard.

(2.) Instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the accused-petitioner praying interalia that the order dated 11.3.2019, passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dudu, Jaipur, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under section 70(2) Cr.P.C. has been rejected and arrest warrants issued, be set aside.

(3.) The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, during the course of arguments, has submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to surrender before the trial court and apply for bail.
