NISAR Vs. STATE OF RAJASTHAN

JUDGEMENT

(1.) Present petition has been filed under Sec. 482 Cr.P.C. praying that respondents Nos. 1 to 3 be directed to protect life and liberty of the petitioners as they apprehend danger to their lives at the hands of respondent No. 4.

(2.) This court in earlier session had directed the Registrar (Judicial) of this court to record statement of petitioners upon their due identification. In pursuance of said order, Registrar (Judicial) has recorded statement of petitioners. The said statements are taken on record.
