JUDGEMENT

(1.) A perusal of the record of proceedings reveals that on account of failure of the respondents to carry out directions of the Court, the following order was passed on 22.10.2019:-

(2.) An application for exemption has been filed by the Inspector General of Police (Recruitment), Headquarter, Jaipur, on 02.11.2019, inter alia, seeking exemption from personal appearance in the Court on 04.11.2019, as she was to remain on leave due to personal work.

(3.) In the facts obtaining, this Court does not deem it appropriate to pass any order on such application, at this stage.
