JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties. Perused the material available on record.

(2.) Through this misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioner Ajay Bohra has approached this Court for assailing the proceedings of the FIR No. 167/2018 registered at the Police Station Pratap Nagar, Bhilwara for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 IPC.

(3.) Learned counsel Shri Rajendra Soni representing the petitioner vehemently and fervently contended that the FIR and further investigation thereof as against the petitioner is totally unwarranted and amounts to a gross abuse of process of court because the petitioner is not named in the FIR and is being implicated solely on the basis of the statement of the co-accused.
