(1.) Mr. Anand Sharma, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents submits that he has filed reply in D. B. Civil Writ Petition No.9599/2019 which was originally filed before the Division Bench challenging Sections 164(2)(a) and 167(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. He further submits that out of the writ petitions which were originally filed before the Single Bench, he has filed reply in D. B. Civil Writ Petition No.21034/2017 which was filed challenging the list of disqualified Directors issued under Section 164(2)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013. It is further submitted that he has also filed reply in D. B. Civil Writ Petition No.1007/2019 which was also filed challenging the aforesaid list of disqualified Directors. Learned counsel for the respondents therefore submitted that the aforesaid three writ petitions may be taken as leading case in the present bunch of writ petitions and liberty may be granted to him to adopt the reply filed in the aforesaid three writ petitions in all other matters.
(2.) It is also prayed that the D. B. Civil Writ Petition Nos.9599/2019, 21034/2017 and 1007/2019 may be listed at the top of the present bunch of the writ petitions.
(3.) Mr. Anand Sharma, learned counsel may supply copy of reply filed in the aforesaid three writ petitions to all the learned counsel who are appearing in other writ petitions, in which reply has not been filed.
