JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No. 90/2019 registered at Police Station Kherli, District Alwar for the offence(s) under Ss. 323, 341, 325, 308, 34 IPC.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR and she has been falsely implicated in this matter.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
