JUDGEMENT

(1.) An application for early hearing has been filed by the petitioner.

(2.) For the reasons mentioned in the application (Inward No. 01/2019), the application is allowed. The matter is taken up for hearing today itself.

(3.) This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for quashing of FIR No. 195/2019 dt. 17.06.2019 registered at Police Station Railmagra, District Rajsamand for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 384, 365, 34 IPC qua the present petitioner.
