JUDGEMENT

(1.) This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging disobedience of interim order dated 29th May 2018 passed by the Division Bench of this court in SAW No.738/2018, which reads as under:

(2.) It is noticed that the interim order passed by this Court as aforesaid was not complied with by the respondents and, therefore, on 03.07.2018 a Coordinate Bench passed order in Special Appeals No.738/2018 and 907/2018 in the following terms:

(3.) Indisputably, in compliance of interim order passed as aforesaid, the petitioners have already been taken on duty and they have been posted where they were working prior to passing of order dated 22.03.2018 passed by the learned Single Judge.
