JUDGEMENT

(1.) Counsel for the petitioners submitted that by impugned order dt.14.10.2019, the petitioners have been called in person to appear on 14.11.2019. Counsel submitted that the dispute with regard to allotment of a residential plot was settled by way of Revision Petition No. 112/2017 decided by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission at New Delhi while passing the order dt.02.01.2019.

(2.) Counsel submitted that the order dt.02.01.2019 was modified by the order of National Commission, New Delhi vide order dt.26.02.2019 and instead of words "market price" in the order dt.02.01.2019 "reserve price" was substituted.

(3.) Counsel submitted that the respondent-consumer initially filed contempt petition in the year 2016 and later on by way of amendment application, the compliance of order dt.02.01.2019 is sought. Counsel submitted that the respondent-consumer has also prayed that he should be allotted a plot of 162 Sq. Mtr. by the JDA at 50% of the reserve price of Rs. 3,300/- i.e. @ Rs. 1,650/-.
