JUDGEMENT

(1.) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, instead of pressing her petition on the ground raised, seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with a limited prayer to issue a direction to the respondents to decide her representation addressed to Director, Elementary Education, Bikaner, Rajasthan on 10.03.2018.

(2.) Permission granted.

(3.) The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
