JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to treat petitioner's candidature in the category of OBC Non Creamy-layer Divorcee for appointment on the post of Nurse Gr.-II pursuant to the recruitment notification dated 30.05.2018.

(2.) Pursuant to the advertisement dated 30.05.2018 the petitioner filed her application Annexure-6 indicating her marital status as ‘unmarried'. The respondents issued the list for document verification, wherein, the name of the petitioner did not appear.

(3.) The present petition has been filed, inter alia, indicating that the petitioner had obtained divorce from her husband by an agreement dated 07.02.2018. Whereafter the competent Family Court has also granted decree on 27.05.2019 under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 ('the Act').
