JUDGEMENT

(1.) For the reasons stated, the application seeking preponment of the date is allowed.

(2.) Since the identical matter has been decided, this matter is taken up for consideration today itself.

(3.) Mr. Khatri, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner owns/possesses land, yet the respondents are not providing irrigation facilities to him in view of the litigation though he is having interim orders in his favour.
