JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

(2.) Convicted for the offence punishable under Sec. 304 PartII Penal Code the appellant has been sentenced to undergo R.I. for 10 years and pay fine in sum of Rs.5,000.00; in default of payment of fine to undergo R.I. for 3 months.

(3.) The appellant has undergone an actual sentence of 5 years 2 months and 25 days as of 30.01.2019. He has earned remissions for a period of 9 months and 8 days.
