JUDGEMENT

(1.) Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.

(2.) In pursuance of the arrest warrant issued by this Court on 24/5/2019 the applicant Amrit Lal S/o Shri Lehrulal Kumawat has been arrested and produced before this Court by the Police.

(3.) The applicant has now preferred an application for release on bail.
