(1.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Public Prosecutor and also perused the material on record.
(2.) The petitioner has been arrested in FIR/CR No.127/2018 of Police Station Osian, Distt. Jodhpur for the offences under Sections 498-A and 304-B IPC. He has preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that from the statements of witnesses recorded during the course of investigation, it is clear that none of the witnesses has alleged that soon before the death of deceased, the petitioner demanded or harassed her for dowry. It is submitted that the independent witnesses have stated that the petitioner presurrized the deceased to get the agricultural land of her mother transferred in his name and on account of that, she committed suicide by consuming poison. It is submitted that as a matter of fact, after consuming poison, the deceased did not state such fact to anybody during her stay in the hospital or prior to that. It is also submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case only on the basis of assumption. It is further submitted that charge-sheet has been filed in the matter and trial of the case is likely to take time.
