JUDGEMENT

(1.) Appellant has filed this appeal challenging the award dated 20.4.2018 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, seeking enhancement of compensation amount.

(2.) Learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the appellant has suffered permanent physical disability to the extent of 13.31%. Hence, the amount of compensation awarded by the tribunal required enhancement. Learned counsel for the appellant has placed reliance on the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in Mukund Dewangan Vs. Oriental Insurance Company Limited 2017(2) RAR 41 (S.C.), wherein it was held as under :-
