JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents to re-conduct the written examination according to the post, for which the petitioner have applied.

(2.) An advertisement dated 25.5.2018 (Annex.1) was issued by the respondents for recruitment to various posts of Motor Transport Workshop cadre in BSF in the year 2018-19.

(3.) In the advertisement after indicating various instructions, the selection procedure was inter alia indicated as under:-
