JUDGEMENT

(1.) This application seeking temporary suspension of sentence is filed by the applicant, a life convict, who is presently lodged in Open Air Camp, Sirohi, inasmuch as the marriage of his brother Yudhister is scheduled to be solemnized today at Jodhpur.

(2.) The factum of marriage of the applicant's brother is not disputed by the learned Public Prosecutor.

(3.) Indisputably, earlier the applicant was released on parole thrice.
