JUDGEMENT

(1.) Petitioner has filed this bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C.

(2.) F.I.R. No.473/2019 was registered at Police Station Malviya Nagar, Jaipur for offence under Sections 420, 406, 384, 120-B of I.P.C.

(3.) It is contended by counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is the proprietor of the Firm Sky Silver International. Complainant was having business transaction with her. She was purchasing jewellery from petitioner. Cheque given by her was dishonored, on which a notice was delivered to her under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act. It is contended that out of the criminal antecedents, police has submitted negative final report in two cases and in one case parties have entered into compromise.
