JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners

(2.) challenging the order dt.17.11.2018, whereby the application submitted by the petitioners-plaintiffs for consolidation of two suits has been dismissed.

(3.) Brief facts of the case are that the petitioners-plaintiffs filed a suit No.40/2010 before the trial Court in the year 2010 against the defendant, following prayer was made. ...[VARNACULAR TEXT UMITTED]... The application for consolidation of the said two suits submitted by the petitioners-plaintiffs was dismissed by the trial Court on 17.11.2018. Hence, this writ petition has been filed by the petitioners-plaintiffs challenging the order dt.17.11.2018.
