JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the candidates, who are 28 in numbers.

(2.) It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that by Press Note dated 15.02.2019 (Annexure-7) opportunity was accorded to the candidates to rectify the mistakes committed in the online application forms. Pursuant thereto, the petitioners specifically moved applications to the respondents for correcting the mistake in their B.P. Ed. Particulars.

(3.) Whereafter a list of selected candidates was issued on 26.09.2019 (Annexure-9), wherein, the names of the petitioners did not appear and the deficiency was indicated pertaining to the mistake and it was indicted that the same was being inquired into.
