JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.0096/2019 registered at Police Station Bamanwaas, District Sawaimadhopur for the offences under Sections 323 , 341 , 354 , 458 of I.P.C. and against Section 7 & 8 of POCSO Act.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this matter. Counsel further submits that according to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C, no allegation has been levelled against the petitioner.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application.
