JUDGEMENT

(1.) The matter comes upon an application seeking substitution of the respondent No. 4.

(2.) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondent No. 4 - Shri Prakash Chandra Sharma has been transferred and Ms. Tejaswani Gautam has joined the post of Superintendent of Police, Churu, Rajasthan and therefore, Ms. Tejaswani Gautam may be substituted in place of Shri Prakash Chandra Sharma as respondent No. 4.

(3.) For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed.
