JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Sec. 439 of Cr.P.C. on behalf of the petitioner who is in custody in connection with F.I.R. No. 128/2018, Police Station Ratangarh, District Churu for the offences under Ss. 8/15, 25 and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

(2.) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Public Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.

(3.) It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the co accused Ramesh Kumar has already been granted bail by this Court vide Order dtd. 21/5/2019 and the case of the present petitioner is not distinguishable from the case of the co-accused who has already been released on bail.
