(2.) The petitioner(s) has/have been arrested in FIR No. 131/2019 of Police Station Nagori Gate, Jodhpur for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 323, 341, 326/34 IPC. He/she/they has/have preferred this/these second bail application(s) under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(3.) It is submitted by Mr. Aslam Mohd., father of the petitioners, present in person that co-accused Sahid Mohd. has already been enlarged on bail by this Court and chargesheet has been filed in the matter.
