JUDGEMENT

(1.) Both the parties submit that the controversy involved in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by the decision rendered by co-ordinate Bench of this Court in the case of Gena Ram Choudhary v. State of Rajasthan and Ors. (S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 8085/2019) decided on 21/6/2019 alongwith various connected matters.

(3.) In the light of submission made on behalf of both the parties, the present writ petitions are also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid judgment.
