JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present batch of writ petitions has been filed by the petitioners claiming compensation of acquired land-Khasra No. 852 situated in Village Firozpur, Tehsil and District Dholpur.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioners-Mr. Raj Kamal Gaur submitted that the petitioners have purchased their respective land/plots by registered sale deed and as such they are entitled for due compensation.

(3.) Counsel for the petitioners also submitted that the similar controversy came up before this Court in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 1013/2010 (Anil Kumar Jain and Ors. Vs. Union of India and Ors.) and other connected writ petitions decided by common order dt. 14th February, 2014. The Co-ordinate Bench in the case of Anil Kumar Jain (supra) has passed the following order:-
