JUDGEMENT

(1.) The present bail application has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in connection with FIR No.248/2019 registered at Police Station Bhakrota, Jaipur (Metropolitan) for the offence(s) under Sections 323 , 341 , 365 , 511 , 379 / 34 of IPC.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this matter and allegation levelled against the petitioner is of snatching Rs.70,000/- from the complainant. Counsel further submits that the petitioner and the complainant have settled their dispute outside the court.

(3.) Counsel for the complainant have not disputed this fact.
