JUDGEMENT

(1.) This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner aggrieved against the rejection of her candidature by order dated 05.07.2018 (Annex.-5), whereby her candidature as divorcee has been rejected, inter alia, on the ground that decree of divorce was not annexed.

(2.) It is, inter alia, claimed in the writ petition lthat the petitioner pursuant to the advertisement dated 12.04.2018 for the post of Teacher Grade ? III (Level-1) applied as divorcee. Her name was reflected in the list of selected candidates, she appeared for document verification, wherein by order (Annex.-5) her candidature was rejected for the reasons indicated hereinbefore.

(3.) It is claimed in the writ petition that marriage of the petitioner was dissolved by way of compromise between the parties and affidavit dated 25.04.2018 (Annex.-3) was submitted by the petitioner indicating that her marriage has been dissolved as per social custom. A certificate dated 02.05.2018 (Annex.-4) issued by the Panchayat Samiti office has also been produced alongwith the writ petition.
