JUDGEMENT

(1.) The petitioners have been arrested in connection with FIR No.08/2019 of Police Station PBI Rajasthan, Jaipur for the offences punishable under Sections 5(2), 23 and 25 Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (General Selection Prevention) Act, 1994 and Sections 420 and 120-B of IPC. They have preferred this bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

(2.) Counsel for the petitioners submits that the accused- petitioners are in judicial custody and the trial of the case will take sufficient long time to be concluded. Therefore, the benefit of bail should be granted to the accused-petitioners.

(3.) Learned Public Prosecutor has opposed the bail application. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Public Prosecutor and perused the material available on record.
