(3.) The instant application for grant of leave to appeal has been preferred by the appellant Smt. Pushpa Devi for assailing the judgment dated 14.11.2018 passed by the learned Special Judicial Magistrate (NI Act Cases), Pali in Original Criminal Case No. 230/2016, whereby the respondent-accused was acquitted from the charge under Section 138 of the NI Act.
